The job is a part time (equivalent to 3 days per week) fixed term position, finishing at the end of March 2025. It is funded through a grant from the Rewild London fund to The Zoological Society of London and a grant from the People’s Trust for Endangered Species, and is part of a larger project to eradicate mink. There is the possibility of an extension but this will depend on additional funding being found. The role is to protect water voles and other native wildlife by supporting and extending the current mink control network in London. The post holder will need to work flexibly across the week with support from others working for WRT.
